Terms of Service

Rikko is an agency providing cross-border advertising infrastructure for the e-commerce industry, including: setting up and managing advertising accounts (Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin/AXON) for media buyers and ecom sellers; supporting ad budget top-ups on an invoiced basis; and referral-based support for offshore company formation or international payment accounts (Airwallex, Stripe, PayPal) through third-party partners.

Rikko is not a licensed financial institution, does not accept deposits, does not advance funds, and does not hold client funds itself. Services related to offshore companies or payment accounts are referral-only; any resulting agreement is entered into directly between the client and the third-party provider.

Rikko is not an authorized agent, official partner, or official representative of Meta, Google, TikTok, or AppLovin/AXON. References to these platforms on our website describe the advertising channels we help set up and manage accounts for, and do not imply any official affiliation or endorsement by those platforms.

Setting up, maintaining, and operating advertising accounts must always comply with each platform's policies. Rikko does not support and is not responsible for policy circumvention, fraud, or violations of any advertising platform's terms of use.

• Our services are intended for organizations, businesses, and individuals engaged in lawful business activity with the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering or communicating with the Rikko team.
• You agree not to use Rikko's services for any unlawful purpose, fraud, money laundering, or in violation of any advertising or payment platform's policies.

Our fee structure (including setup fees, management/top-up fees as a percentage of spend, and any cashback arrangement) is agreed separately with each client in a contract or quotation, and may change over time. Payments are made in USD unless otherwise agreed, based on a formal contract and invoice.

Third-party advertising platforms and payment partners may change their policies, suspend, or close accounts beyond Rikko's control. To the extent permitted by law, Rikko is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a third party's unilateral decision, service disruptions reasonably outside our control, or a client's violation of platform policy.

Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy . Communications, company documents, and account data are treated as confidential and used solely to provide our services.

All content, design, and materials on rikko.com belong to RIKKO HK COMPANY LIMITED unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Rikko may suspend or terminate services if a client breaches these terms, violates platform policy, or shows signs of fraud. Termination of a specific service agreement will follow the terms separately agreed with that client.

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract, these terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its update date.
